Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased directly from Tocayah.com for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused.
• The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
• The item was purchased directly from Tocayah.com.

Products purchased through authorized retailers or other third-party sellers cannot be returned through Tocayah.com. Please contact the original seller for their return policy.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

• Be returned within the applicable return period.
• Be unused.
• Be in their original, unopened packaging.

Tocayah reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed by a member of the Tocayah Customer Support team, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products.

This includes shipping costs for:

• Refund requests
• Product exchanges
• Replacement requests

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as Tocayah cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another eligible product, please contact our customer support team before returning your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your returned item is received and processed.
