Our delivery policy

Terms and conditions of delivery

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, operations and shipping, orders may take longer than expected. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. 

In case there is no stock of a specific product, the order will be sent when Tocayah.com restocks. In this case, the client will be notified by mail, phone call or Whatsapp.

We ship to P.O. Box via our partners, due to package weight and size restrictions, some heavy and oversize items may not be shipped to a P.O.Box. These would include items such as filled heavy bags and filled dummies.  Additional shipping may apply to your order.

Payment can be made through the 2Checkout payment platform. In case of any problem with the time of processing the payment, get in touch.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Tocayah Customer Service. For exchanges, please contact us

 

Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Tocayah.com reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.

 

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Tocayah.com prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.

 

Tocayah.com cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.

Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through Tocayah.com cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.
